I started doing bits of carving and engraving during the British Lockdown(s) – my dog took me to the local woods every day, and I began working on bits of drop-off that were interesting to me, with an assortment of files and saws and things that were definitely not designed for woodworking… I am certainly not a pro, or even good at it, but I enjoy doing it. I discovered the Culiau Engraving pen via a Facebook ad about a month ago. I was sceptical, because I’ve bought a few things via Facebook advertisements that then took months to arrive and were not worth the wait.
