We’ve simplified returns for you! Use our automated return system to initiate your request in just a few clicks.

- Click on Return Request for the relevant order.
- Complete the required information and click Request Return.
That’s it! Our team will review your request and get back to you within 48 hours business hours.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a return:
- Your item must be in excellent condition, including all original packaging and parts.
- Include clear photos-video showing its condition.
- Returns may be declined if these conditions aren’t met.
Important Notes:
If you change your mind, you can return your item within 60 days of receiving it, as long as it meets the return conditions.
Refunds are not provided for shipping delays unless they fall outside our shipping guarantee.
For U.S. returns, a small fee for return shipping via USPS will be deducted from your refund. For more information, check with our support team or see our shipping policy.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return times vary based on your location.

Non-returnable items:
For digital products like eBooks, all sales are final. We’ve made sure each product page includes clear and detailed descriptions, so take your time reviewing them before making a purchase. Partial Refunds (if applicable)
In some cases, partial refunds may be offered:
- If the item is returned in a condition that’s different from how it was sent, or if parts are missing, and it’s not due to our error.
- If the refund request is made more than 30 days after delivery.
- If the refund is requested while the product is still in transit, based on our shipping policy.
Refund Policy
Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll drop you an email to confirm it’s in our hands.
After that, we’ll start processing your refund, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Just a heads-up: this process can take a little time due to banking timelines that are beyond our control.
You can request a refund before we receive the item, but it will only be finalized once the product has been returned, received, and inspected by our team. In some cases, we may offer a partial refund. Any costs for returning the product will be your responsibility. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
Please note that refunds will always be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, and this cannot be changed.
You can expect to see the refund in your bank account within 3-5 days. If it hasn’t shown up by then, no worries! Here’s what you can do:

- Contact your credit card company—it may take a bit of time for the refund to officially post.
- Reach out to your bank, as processing times can vary.
